Request removal of your data
What happens when you delete your account?
- •Your profile, phone number, and email are permanently removed
- •All society memberships are deactivated
- •Your visitor records, helpdesk tickets, and notifications are deleted
- •Push notification subscriptions are removed
- •Billing records may be retained for legal/accounting purposes
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. If you are a society admin, please transfer admin rights before requesting deletion.
How to request account deletion
To delete your account, send an email to the address below from the email associated with your Kamiti account. Include your registered phone number in the email body. We will process your request within 7 business days.
