1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kamiti application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kamiti is a community management platform that provides tools for visitor management, billing, helpdesk, facility booking, notices, and communication for gated communities, apartment complexes, and housing societies.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your OTP or login credentials with others.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other community members through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system resources.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Community Data

Data entered into Kamiti (visitor logs, tickets, notices, etc.) belongs to the respective community and its members. Society administrators have access to community-level data as part of their management role.

6. Billing & Payments

Kamiti facilitates maintenance billing between societies and their members. We are not responsible for disputes between societies and members regarding billing amounts. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time through our account deletion page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any security incidents that occur at your community premises.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
